Payment Methods
Happy Hoof accepts Visa and Master Card. Payment is due before your order will be shipped. Special arrangements can be made in advance for PayPal. Checks may also be sent in for payment. If sending a check the order will not be shipped until the check clears the bank. For those that would rather not place their credit card number on the website please call 941-448-9282.

Shipping
Orders will be shipped by Priority Mail and within 48 hours of receiving your order. If you want shipping other then Priority Mail special arrangements can be made.

(Prices listed below are for USPS Priority Mail to the continental US. If you order 25+, we will quote the shipping charge and await your approval before processing your order.)

Returns
Returns must be done in the first 30 days of receipt of order. Returns must be approved prior to sending back. There is a 10% restocking fee for all items returned. Items must be in original condition or they will not be taken back. Shipping costs are not refundable. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
